Who Am I
Hello!
Nice to meet you virtually!
I am Yovana, an AI Enthusiast, Community Strategist & Speaker.
Here is what I do:
I develop programming and events to keep membership retention and engagement by creating and implementing various virtual events, creating a podcast, and having conversation starters within the network to engage with members to have them feel safe, secure, heard and appreciated.
I create a safe space for Community members to feel safe, heard, appreciated, where they can be their true selves.
I research, create and execute various virtual events for entrepreneurship, welness, tech spaces, and Latina-focused digital network built to facilitate real connections, create social impact, and dedicated towards advancing these communities.
I audit existing Communities and asses how they can further their Community reach by implementing project management, client experience, scheduling tools, and goal setting.
I develop and review yearly and quarterly scope of work to ensure membership retention and the increase of potential new members.
Why I do what I do:
You maybe asking, as an AI Enthusiast, Community Builder, Entrepreneur and Speaker, what is the thread that holds all four into the fabric of unison? It is my passion for Community! I am a finished product of Community. Because of Community, I was able to accelerate myself both professionally and personally. It is my mission to help others feel and achieve what I have achieved due to Community!
As a connector, it comes natural to me to make connections within Community and data to get my clients the results they need for their brands to grow through AI and Community.
As a Latina, it is hard for us to have spaces to tell our stories, motivate each other and support one another. As a speaker, I am able to amply our experiences, our stories, and motivate my Community through various platform representation!
Other Things to Know About Me:
Amplifying voices is what I love to do, so while not at Speaking Engagements, I producing my Podcast, Making Lider Moves, a show where powerhouse Latinas come together to discuss the challenges our Community is facing and the moves they took to prioritize joy in their careers and life journey. All 3 seasons are out now on YouTube!
I love writing and have been writing since high school, I was even in the High School and College Newspaper Team! Now you can find me writing bi-weekly newsletters on AI, Entrepreneurship, Community and Self-Care, come be part of my journey with me!
I am half El Salvadorian and half Ecuadorian, born in Houston but Chicago raised. I am first generation Latina and the only immediate family member with a BA, specifically in Marketing, something I am very proud of! Because of my upbringing, I am fluent in both Spanish and English.
My 3-5 year plan is to have my own AI Community Building Agency, where I can help members of communities and companies grow with one another and share experiences.
